1. Who we are
GreenPi is a decentralized marketplace for the real economy. We provide online stands for producers and access for buyers. Products are priced in Pi. Marketplace operations are powered by the GreenPi NAT utility token.

2. Information we may collect
We may collect the following types of information:
a) Information you provide
- Name, email address, postal address (e.g. Gift Club Leaf), Telegram username or other contact details when you register, apply as an Ambassador, rent a stand, join Gift Club, support the mission, or contact us
- Account and profile information
- Referral / Ambassador codes you use or share
- Messages and support requests you send us
b) Pi Network authentication
- When you sign in with Pi, we may receive limited profile data via the official Pi SDK (for example Pi username / user id), as provided by Pi Network — not a GreenPi password
- We do not receive or store your Pi wallet seed or private keys
c) Transaction and marketplace information
- Stand rental and access package details
- Gift Club membership status and related records
- Support / donation records when you contribute voluntarily
- Public blockchain data related to Pi and GreenPi NAT transactions (wallet addresses and transaction records visible on the relevant networks, including Stellar where NAT is issued)
- Order and listing-related information necessary to operate the marketplace
d) Technical information
- IP address, browser type, device information
- Pages visited and approximate usage data
- Cookies or similar technologies (if used)
We do not ask for private keys or seed phrases. Never share them with anyone.
3. Testnet and Mainnet
Testnet is a demo environment (no real delivery of goods). We may collect the same types of information there to operate login, stands, orders and feedback.
Mainnet pages and payments follow published rules (including stand reservation and unlock gates). Live product sales start only after published Testnet gates and GreenPi’s Mainnet selling unlock.
4. How we use the information
We use the information to:
- Operate and improve the Platform
- Process stand rentals, access packages, Gift Club membership, Support contributions and related marketplace functions
- Communicate with you (support, important notices, Ambassador program, Gift Club)
- Prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
- Analyse aggregated usage to improve the service
5. Blockchain data
Transactions involving Pi and GreenPi NAT occur on public blockchain networks.
Wallet addresses and transaction details are publicly visible by design.
GreenPi does not control and cannot delete public blockchain records.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, email, analytics, support tools), under appropriate obligations
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety and security
- In connection with a business transfer (if applicable), with appropriate notice where required
Sellers and buyers may see limited information necessary to complete a transaction between them.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The Platform may use essential cookies required for basic functionality.
If we use additional analytics or preference cookies, we will provide appropriate notice and choices where required by law.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law.
You may request deletion of certain account-related data, subject to legal and operational requirements (for example, records needed for completed transactions, stand rentals, Gift Club fulfilment or dispute handling).
