Mainnet stand rent uses real Pi and official GreenPi rules. The experimental marketplace at /testnet/app is for testing only (Test-Pi, no real delivery). Stand rent is a service fee for marketplace access — not equity, not a token sale, not a profit share.

Rent Services Stand

What you pay for (honest split)

Stand rent in Pi is split for transparency. Exact bookkeeping follows GreenPi policy:

Deposit (F): reclaimable after you meet the published turnover rule (e.g. 10× relevant volume under Mainnet rules) — not a gift, not interest. Until then it secures serious use of the stand.

How Mainnet rent works

Choose package — Small (first 100), Large, or Services.
Pay the annual Pi amount on Mainnet to the official stand-rent process (see below).
Receive activation code after payment is confirmed.
Activate your stand — set name, country, city, and Pi payout address (wallet.pi Receive).
Upload products — price in Pi, stock, units (kg / piece / liter / pack).
Sell — buyers pay Pi into escrow; after confirm, batch payout to your address.

Pi, NAT, and fees (short)

Pi = price of goods and stand rent settlement.
NAT = marketplace motor (ops). Seller pool credits follow Mainnet rules when enabled — not a product price in NAT.
Network fee = Pi Mainnet chain fee on transfers; GreenPi uses escrow + batch payouts to reduce many small sends.
Support Fund (donations) is separate: support.html — not stand rent.

How to pay (Mainnet)

Online one-click Mainnet checkout will be connected to the official payment flow when the live rent button is fully enabled. Until automated checkout is published for your region, complete rent as follows:

Open Pi Browser → Wallet → Mainnet.
Send the package amount with memo:
GREENPI-STAND-SMALL · GREENPI-STAND-LARGE · or GREENPI-STAND-SERVICES
Use only the official stand-rent receive address published by GreenPi at go-live (same operator transparency as Support Fund — never pay ambassadors’ private wallets).
Email payment proof + Pi username to info@greenpi.app with subject Stand rent Mainnet.
You receive an activation code and onboarding steps for your stand.

Status: First 100 Small stands are limited. Do not send stand rent to the Mission Support address unless we explicitly publish that the same address is used for both (we keep books separate even if infrastructure is shared).
