The Terms of Use represent an agreement between you and GreenPi Markets that includes all the rules under which you can use the Site and the services of our Service. Use of the Site and published content

The contents published on the Site in the description serve only for general information and GreenPi Market reserves the right to change the published information without notice, without offering any guarantees regarding its accuracy.

Reproduction of all or parts of the Site is prohibited, except in cases where this has been approved in writing by GreenPi Market.

The site contains materials (text, images, software, graphics…) that are obtained in whole or in part from the resources of GreenPi Market and other sources, and which are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You agree not to use the Site for the purpose of sending or posting messages or materials that are illegal, harassing, offensive, vulgar, threatening, sexually oriented, racially offensive, pornographic or violate any law and thereby harm the business of GreenPi Market or cause any other type of damage, liability or expense.

Changes to the Terms of Use

GreenPi Market reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time, at its own discretion, and to correct possible errors and omissions, all for the purpose of mutual protection and business improvement. These actions will be performed without prior notice, and users will confirm that they agree and accept the resulting changes by using the Site in the future.

Ordering and delivery time (Slots)

All your orders must be placed and confirmed in the indicated time intervals with a sufficient gap between the time of ordering and the delivery slot ( I Slot: 09:00-11:30, II Slot: 14:00-16:00 and III Slot 18:00-20:30 ) so that our staff has enough time to prepare orders and deliver without compromising the quality of food and service. The minimum time for ordering is 180 minutes before the start of the Slot ( example: we accept orders until 06:00 for the I Slot; until 11:00 for the II Slot; until 15:00 for the III Slot ); for all orders made at the moment when there are less than 180 minutes left until the start of the desired Slot, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of the order and the delivery, but we will do everything in our power to complete these orders as well, the customer will be informed about the process of these orders in a timely manner. Orders made 30 minutes or less before the start of the Slot will not be taken into consideration and preparation.

Order cancellation

Order cancellation is allowed up to 30 minutes before the start of the selected Slot. You are not obligated to any compensation or compensation in these situations, but by frequent cancellations you may put us in the uncomfortable position of having to decide on limiting or completely canceling the service to you. We would inform you about this measure in a timely manner via email or phone, and it is a protective measure to preserve resources, quality and freshness of food, as well as the continuity of regular service to customers.

Changes to the order

Any change in an already made order, as well as its cancellation, is possible up to 30 minutes before the start of the Slot. You can add or delete items and change quantities, you can also change the Slot, that is, select the next one. You can perform these actions by entering your Basket or your Account.

Note: Changes to the order do not guarantee the retention of the original prices of the item as well as availability. In the event that the desired products are missing from the current state, you will be notified by email or phone call so that final modifications, replacements and adjustments of the missing items can be made and the order can finally be fulfilled.

Complaints and refunds

Although GreenPi Market strives and prioritizes the delivery of a high-quality product, occasionally a return will be necessary, due to a discrepancy between the actual and desired features of the product or some other reasons.

The practice of GreenPi Pijaca Servis is that on the spot upon delivery, the customer examines the delivered goods and immediately expresses disagreement with the quality or some other features of a particular item. Without questioning your opinion, we immediately proceed to the next steps. In the new situation, we offer several options:

• returning the item with a deduction of its value from the next order

• product replacement and subsequent delivery in the next slot

• refund of the entire order if the customer is dissatisfied with a large number of items 

In order to avoid these and similar situations, please take your time when creating an order and carefully select as many options as possible, providing us with enough information to select and pack your desired item as accurately as possible.

Price movements and fluctuations in the assortment

We at GreenPi Market believe in providing our customers with the best available quality at the best market prices, comparing prices in your immediate environment. We procure the freshest domestically produced food, most often prepared, cut or plucked in the early morning, which we store in controlled temperature conditions during the entire journey from the garden/field to the doorstep/kitchen, all in order to preserve the integrity, freshness and quality of each individual item.

In addition to all efforts to fulfill every order 100% and to achieve high standards of quality, speed and continuity, it may occasionally happen that higher factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, season, supply from imports, market disruptions in the demand-supply relationship and the like, make it impossible to procure larger quantities of products or even lower the available quality below the standards we consider satisfactory, in these cases if we are unable to fully fulfill the order or we are forced to offer a lower level of quality or in any way If your trust in our service comes into question, we will inform you about everything as soon as possible and offer additional options. Maintaining the standard of a satisfied customer is a primary factor in our business.

We will try to make the displayed pictures with the attached descriptions as faithful as possible to the delivered items, but given the nature of the food we do business with, there will be certain, understandable variations. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot be held responsible in cases where the actual delivered item is not completely as desired or the content shown on the Site.

Where possible, we will set additional options that will be available, with which you will be able to more precisely define the desired item and thereby help us fulfill your order and the desired characteristics of the food (size, color, number, etc.). If the item with the desired features is not available, the one with the closest features will be selected.

Delivery of ordered products

During the delivery process, GreenPi Market uses vehicles with cooling systems in the storage area in order to preserve the quality and unchanged natural properties of the food.

In order to receive the order, you must be at the attached address at the time of delivery and allow access to our delivery person when this is prevented by various security systems (intercom, etc.), while in cases where the facility where you live provides a person posted at the entrance (porter, doorman, etc.), you are obliged to notify our delivery person in a timely manner about the arrival of the delivery person. There is a possibility, with your written consent, approval via email, that the specified person (employee at the entrance to the store) pick up the order in case you are unable to do so.

After the second order, you can choose an alternative person at your address who can collect the delivered goods. This person will accept the submitted order under the same conditions that would apply if you were personally present.

Considering the nature of the products we deliver and the possible weight of individual orders, we have some limits in order to protect our staff and their health. We cannot serve buildings without elevators above the 5th floor, when the gross weight of the order exceeds 18 kilograms, the groceries are delivered to the 4th floor. We also do not ask our employees to carry groceries over the 5th floor in buildings where the elevator is out of order.

We ask all our customers to respect these service restrictions and limit the quantities of ordered items in the stated housing conditions, or we can limit them at your request. These restrictions exist only to protect the health of our staff, so we appreciate and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If there are unforeseen complications or extraordinary weather conditions and GreenPi Pijaca Servis is unable to fulfill the time of the selected Slot, the customer will be informed about the extraordinary conditions and delay as soon as possible in order to take subsequent actions, or to interrupt and cancel the order or continue delivery with a delay.

The staff, delivery people and all other employees of GreenPi Pijaca are allowed to accept tips, but customers are not obliged to provide material compensation for the service provided, but at their own discretion, if they are satisfied with the service provided, they can reward the service provider.

 

Payment methods

In order to make the service as easy and simple as possible, we have introduced two payment options that we make when delivering to the desired address. The first way is cash payment in Pi (Pi Network) currency of the value shown on the attached invoice. Another way to pay is by phone, since our delivery people have POS terminals that they carry with them, this type of payment is possible at the doorstep. This method of payment is as safe as paying by card in any store, the devices we use are identical, the principle of their operation and security.

Access to the GreenPi Market website

You are responsible for ensuring and are responsible for the accuracy of all requested data, phone number, password and all others required to access the GreenPi Market service and site. You agree to comply with any law applicable to your activities on the GreenPi Market site and in accordance with the prescribed Terms of Use. By reading and agreeing to the Terms of Use, you confirm that you are of legal age (18 years or older and have a Pi Network account) and that you consciously enter into this obligation by accepting the prescribed rules, clearly understanding their legal effect.

Access to the GreenPi Market service and site is achieved using the username and password that you personally chose during registration, accordingly, you alone are responsible for any authorized or unauthorized access to your account by any person. You agree to assume all responsibility for the use of your password and to notify GreenPi Market of any unauthorized use immediately upon becoming aware of it.

Please review and carefully read the Privacy Policy, which also applies to your visit to the GreenPi Market site and use of GreenPi Market services, so that our relationship to information and related responsibilities are fully clear to you.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

You expressly agree to use the GreenPi Market service, the Site and the Internet at your own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GreenPi Marketplace disclaims any warranties of any kind. For all information provided in the content of the Site, there are no guarantees regarding the accuracy and correctness of the same, with all due respect to the sources from which the content was obtained and their claims, statements, research and statistics, GreenPi Market cannot guarantee the reliability of the published information.

GreenPi Market does not guarantee that there will be no interruptions and errors in the operation of the Site and Services, nor that the servers that are available will not be free of viruses or other harmful components, and therefore bears no responsibility for their appearance and possible damages.

GreenPi Pijaca as well as its employees, directors, agents, representatives, sharers of its information or any partners with whom GreenPi Pijaca cooperates and who in some way represent it shall not be liable for damages of any kind including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, as well as loss of data, possible consequences, damages, profits and property.

Your exclusive right under the above terms is to stop using the GreenPi Market service and to terminate this agreement. GreenPi Market reserves the right to limit or cancel your orders, as well as the quantity of your orders or parts of orders.

This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance of it and will remain in effect until terminated by either party. GreenPi Market may suspend or terminate this Agreement or the GreenPi Market Service, as well as restrict access to certain parts of the Site and Service, at any time for any reason with notice. In the event that you terminate the Agreement, GreenPi Pijaca reserves the right to collect all due obligations and unpaid bills incurred before your cancellation of the GreenPi Pijaca service. You are also responsible and liable for all third party accounts and obligations, if any, prior to the time of cancellation.

Complete contract

The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire Agreement between you and GreenPi Pijaca regarding the GreenPi Pijaca Service and the GreenPi Pijaca Site. You agree that this Agreement does not confer any rights or have any legal effect on any person other than You. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia and you accept and agree that in the event of any dispute with GreenPi Market or in connection with your use of GreenPi Market services and the Site, the dispute will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Serbia.

GreenPi Market may make subsequent changes to this Agreement, and after the changes have been made, they will come into force immediately. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to all changes or amendments to the Agreement, and therefore we advise you to periodically visit these pages and determine possible changes to which you are legally bound.
