Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the website or any related services of GreenPi (hereinafter the „Platform” or „Site”).
 
These Terms form an agreement between you and GreenPi. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
 
1. What GreenPi is
GreenPi is a decentralized marketplace for the real economy.
It provides online stands for producers and sellers, and access for buyers.
Products are priced in Pi. Marketplace operations (listing, purchasing, disputes and related actions) are powered by the GreenPi NAT utility token.
GreenPi is a platform. It is not the seller of the products listed by producers.
 
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register or use the Platform.
By using the Platform you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
 
3. Roles on the Platform
Sellers / Producers: rent stands, list products, set prices in Pi, and are responsible for the quality, description, availability and delivery of their products.
Buyers: purchase products using Pi and interact with marketplace features powered by GreenPi NAT.
GreenPi: provides the Platform, stand infrastructure and marketplace tools. GreenPi does not produce, own or guarantee the products sold by sellers.
 
4. Stands and Access
Sellers may rent annual stands under the conditions published on the Platform (including the Stands & Access page).
Part of the stand fee may function as a refundable deposit under the published rules (for example after reaching a defined turnover multiple).
Buyers may obtain time-limited access packages as offered on the Platform.
All current prices, conditions and deposit rules are those published on the Site at the time of the transaction.
 
5. Payments
Product prices are set and paid in Pi.
Marketplace operations and fees are handled with GreenPi NAT.
GreenPi does not charge separate Pi network gas to buyers for each purchase in the manner of a traditional chain.
You are responsible for ensuring that you control the wallets and accounts you use to pay or receive Pi and GreenPi NAT.
 
6. Product information and responsibility
Product descriptions, images, prices and availability are provided by the sellers.
GreenPi does not guarantee that product information is always complete, accurate or up to date.
Sellers are solely responsible for:
the quality and safety of their products
correct description and pricing
fulfilling orders
delivery arrangements agreed with the buyer
Buyers should review product information carefully before purchasing.
 
7. Delivery
Delivery terms are agreed between the seller and the buyer.
GreenPi is not a delivery service and does not operate refrigerated vehicles or delivery slots as a central service.
Any delivery issues must be resolved primarily between the buyer and the seller, subject to any dispute tools the Platform may offer.
 
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
post or transmit illegal, harassing, offensive, threatening, sexually explicit, or discriminatory content
infringe intellectual property or other rights
manipulate prices, listings or reviews
attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts
use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
GreenPi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
 
9. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, software, logos and original content belonging to GreenPi are protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce or exploit them without prior written permission from GreenPi, except as allowed by mandatory law.
 
10. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and wallet access.
You must notify GreenPi promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
 
11. Changes to the Platform and Terms
GreenPi may update the Platform, features, prices and these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review this page periodically.
 
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided „as is” and „as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenPi disclaims all warranties of any kind regarding the Platform, its uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or viruses, and the accuracy of information published by sellers.
 
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GreenPi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Platform or from transactions between buyers and sellers.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.
 
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Serbia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
