Ordering and delivery time (Slots)
All your orders must be placed and confirmed in the indicated time intervals with a sufficient gap between the time of ordering and the delivery slot ( I Slot: 09:00-11:30, II Slot: 14:00-16:00 and III Slot 18:00-20:30 ) so that our staff has enough time to prepare orders and deliver without compromising the quality of food and service. The minimum time for ordering is 180 minutes before the start of the Slot ( example: we accept orders until 06:00 for the I Slot; until 11:00 for the II Slot; until 15:00 for the III Slot ); for all orders made at the moment when there are less than 180 minutes left until the start of the desired Slot, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of the order and the delivery, but we will do everything in our power to complete these orders as well, the customer will be informed about the process of these orders in a timely manner. Orders made 30 minutes or less before the start of the Slot will not be taken into consideration and preparation.
Order cancellation
Order cancellation is allowed up to 30 minutes before the start of the selected Slot. You are not obligated to any compensation or compensation in these situations, but by frequent cancellations you may put us in the uncomfortable position of having to decide on limiting or completely canceling the service to you. We would inform you about this measure in a timely manner via email or phone, and it is a protective measure to preserve resources, quality and freshness of food, as well as the continuity of regular service to customers.
Changes to the order
Any change in an already made order, as well as its cancellation, is possible up to 30 minutes before the start of the Slot. You can add or delete items and change quantities, you can also change the Slot, that is, select the next one. You can perform these actions by entering your Basket or your Account.
Note: Changes to the order do not guarantee the retention of the original prices of the item as well as availability. In the event that the desired products are missing from the current state, you will be notified by email or phone call so that final modifications, replacements and adjustments of the missing items can be made and the order can finally be fulfilled.
Complaints and refunds
Although GreenPi Market strives and prioritizes the delivery of a high-quality product, occasionally a return will be necessary, due to a discrepancy between the actual and desired features of the product or some other reasons.
The practice of GreenPi Pijaca Servis is that on the spot upon delivery, the customer examines the delivered goods and immediately expresses disagreement with the quality or some other features of a particular item. Without questioning your opinion, we immediately proceed to the next steps. In the new situation, we offer several options:
returning the item with a deduction of its value from the next order
product replacement and subsequent delivery in the next slot
refund of the entire order if the customer is dissatisfied with a large number of items
