Philosophy

• GreenPi stays GreenPi: one farmer = one stand · Pi = goods · NAT = marketplace engine.
• Work for money: no pay for empty rent + badge alone.
• Hard ranks: inspired by the idea of sustained performance over time — not one click.
• Separate program: ambassador rewards from a capped pool (platform slice / program capital), not open-ended drain on ops.

Job of a GreenPi Brand Ambassador

You are a contributor / bedolgozó — not a co-owner, shareholder, or partner of GreenPi. You do not speak as the company, open “official GreenPi wallets,” or collect money in GreenPi’s name into your personal wallet.

Your work:

• Find and educate real producers / farmers about GreenPi stands (honestly: testnet vs mainnet).
• Help them complete stand rent + activation with your official GPA code.
• Support quality: listed products, fair prices, no empty shells.
• Optionally introduce buyers who complete real confirmed purchases.
• Protect the brand: no hype promises, no guaranteed income, no fake “mainnet already paying.”
• Report abuse, fraud, or harmful behaviour you see in your referrals.

Rewards (what you may earn)

• Testnet: rank progress, official code, referral log, badge path — no cash, no NAT payout.
• Mainnet (only if rules + budget allow): merit rewards from the separate Ambassador Program pool (capped), never an open claim on GreenPi ownership profits.
• Recognition: Seed / Growth / Lead badges; Emerald only on mainnet after hard live QPS.
• Empty stand rent + code alone = not a payout event. QPS and sustained work required.

Nothing here is a salary contract, equity, or guaranteed return.

Strict prohibitions (ban / permanent removal)

Violation may mean immediate suspension or permanent ban, loss of rank, line returned to GreenPi, and forfeiture of unpaid program amounts to Program Capital:

• No private money collection in your own wallet “for GreenPi,” “for stands,” “for listing,” “for KYC,” or any similar story.
• No gambling, betting, lottery, keno, casino, or any gambling-style scheme using the GreenPi name, GPA code, or community.
• No fraud, fake stands, fake volume, wash trading, or fabricated confirmations to chase rank or rewards.
• No guaranteed profit / “get rich” / investment-style pitches about NAT or stand rentals.
• No impersonation of GreenPi staff, support, or ownership.
• No harassment, spam, or illegal content while recruiting.
• No selling ranks or codes as a product.

You are not an owner of GreenPi. You do not hold corporate authority. Brand use is limited to honest promotion of the official site and your GPA referral role.

Qualified Producer Stand (QPS)

A referral counts as QPS only if all are true:

1. Stand rented + activated with your GPA code
2. ≥ 5 products listed (not an empty shell)
3. ≥ 15 confirmed purchases on that stand
4. Confirmed sales in ≥ 4 different calendar months
5. No serious fraud / repeated bad-faith dispute pattern

Empty stand rental = 0 QPS. Code alone = 0 QPS.

Ranks (hard on purpose)

Growth / Lead require annual re-qualification. History stays; active rank can drop if performance stops.

Money (mainnet) — separate program

• Not taken as a cut of the farmer’s product price in escrow.
• Yes from Ambassador Program budget (capped share of platform economics + Program Capital).
• Paid only for merit (QPS / leadership), with caps — never unlimited.
• Testnet: no payout. Testnet work still builds rank progress toward mainnet recognition.

Inactivity (12 months)

If an ambassador is inactive for 12 months (no valid QPS movement / program activity as defined):

1. Line (future referrals) routes to GreenPi
2. Unpaid program amounts → Ambassador Program Capital → redistributed to active ambassadors by merit
3. Already paid amounts are not clawed back from personal wallets
4. Notice period applies before enforcement (published in rules)

Raw referrals are logged when a producer rents with your code. QPS is stricter and calculated from stand activity over time — not from rent alone.

Producers enter your code on Rent stand (or open stand-rent.html?ref=GPA-…). Price does not change.
