When we receive the order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number. You can reply to the received email regarding that specific order and our service will respond as soon as possible.

The delivery areas of GreenPi Market Service will be displayed on the delivery map (at the top of the home page, by clicking on the „Delivery area“ field in the right corner). For now, we deliver to central municipalities where we have delivery people, but if your address is not included on the map, feel free to register and send us a contact email so that we can consider the possibility of expanding and adding your address to our list.
The intervals in which the order will arrive at your address with a space from-to are collectively called Slots.

Keep in mind that when making changes to the order, we do not guarantee that the prices will not remain unchanged and that all ordered items will be available.
By logging in to your Account (Cart), you can edit any information. You can change the address so that the next order will be delivered to the newly set address, unless otherwise stated in the order.
GreenPi Market Service delivers to business addresses all with the aim of promoting the use of fresh food in the regular diet, especially during working hours where fresh fruits and vegetables represent an irreplaceable source of energy for every mental work and every creative process. Due to the frequent impracticality of using fresh foods in the workplace, due to the demands reflected in the preparation, cleaning and washing of products, we will introduce a special Corporate Program that will be filled with portions of cleaned fruit, fresh salads and squeezed juices and smoothies.
Our financial experts have determined that a minimum order of $15 would be the only possible viable solution in order to remain able to provide free shipping in perpetuity. When ordering in this minimum amount, you have absolutely no financial obligations to us except for the payment of the price of the ordered products as shown on the Site. Orders below the minimum amount will be charged extra., in the delivery area +$8.

Although we try to fully fulfill the order and deliver the item with the most accurate ordered features, occasionally there will be unexpected shortages in the assortment and we will be forced to replace it by adding a completely new item. A pink ticket marks the replaced item so that it is conspicuous and attention is drawn to it during the inspection of the delivered goods. It may happen that the value of the goods is greater than the one ordered, in the event of a self-initiated exchange on our part, and that difference is borne by us without any obligations towards you.
If you are not satisfied with the replaced item, you can return it and the value of that amount will either be refunded or deducted from your next order.
