P3 · NAT Mainnet checklist
GreenPi NAT remains the marketplace operating utility (listings, ops, disputes, message fees, rewards hooks) —
not the product price (that stays Pi).
Mainnet is a controlled release. This page is a working checklist, not a launch button and not financial advice.
A. Positioning (must stay true)
- NAT = engine / utility — not “another coin to buy fruit”
- Pi = commercial value, escrow, producer settlement
- Reputation & stand rank not for sale with NAT
- Public FAQ + Compliance pages state honesty limits
B. Testnet (done / in use)
- Stellar Testnet asset issued (issuer + distribution accounts)
- Horizon verification of balances / payments
- Fee-gated listing experiments on marketplace
- Message wall ops fee when NAT available; system messages without NAT
- Dispute path can label simulated NAT ops fee
C. Before Mainnet issuance TODO
- Confirm final asset code / name (e.g. NAT / GreenPi NAT) and issuer key custody (multisig recommended)
- Lock supply policy in writing (max supply, what is circulating, what is locked/treasury)
- Distribution plan: treasury, liquidity, rewards, team (if any) — transparent, no pay-to-win reputation
- Separate hot wallet vs cold issuer; document who can sign
- Legal review for your jurisdictions (EU/MiCA awareness if offering to EU public) — see Compliance
- Terms of Use + Privacy updated for mainnet token mentions
- No public “price targets” or investment marketing for NAT
D. Technical Mainnet cutover TODO
- Switch Horizon endpoints + network passphrase from Testnet to Public
- Update
nat-config.js issuer, code, fee amounts
- Re-create trustlines / document how users add trustline
- Listing / message / dispute fee amounts reviewed for real XLM + NAT cost
- Sponsorship / fee-bump strategy if GreenPi sponsors trustlines (XLM reserve plan)
- Monitoring: Horizon failovers, failed fee txs, support playbook
- Keep testnet environment for QA after mainnet exists
E. Product wiring on Mainnet TODO
- Product checkout still Pi only
- NAT fees only on ops surfaces (list, message free-text, dispute ops) with clear labels
- If user has 0 NAT: system messages + clear UX (already on testnet messages wall)
- Batch payout remains Pi settlement path (P1 plan → live later)
- Ambassador / first-100 rewards: only if documented and non-misleading
F. Go / no-go gates
- Compliance page + FAQ still accurate the day of launch
- Issuer keys offline / multisig tested
- No unresolved “NAT is an investment” claims on official channels
- Support channel ready (Telegram/X) for trustline / fee questions
- Rollback: pause fee requirements if Horizon or wallets break
G. Current decision
- Now: stay on TESTNET for NAT until C + D gates are checked off with real custody and legal input
- Not now: one-click “issue mainnet from this page”
